2003 Woodburn Tulip Festival Print

Dent Beebe, owner of Keizer-based web design company Quixotic Productions,
is the winner of the 2003 Woodburn Tulip Festival Print Contest
with an entry titled “I Dream of Tulips.”
This is the second year a limited edition print has been created
for the annual Tulip Festival. There will be 300 pieces of the artwork
produced.
The contest was sponsored by the Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce.
Chamber Executive Director Jerry Wheeler stated that “eye-catching,
very creative, good use of color, festive and upbeat are all adjectives
that define the Tulip Festival and are all elements defined in this
poster print.”
